Important Advisement:Reservation requests are accepted and processed in order of receipt.
Reservation Process
Complete and submit a Reservation Request Form or Online EMS App Meeting Request Form (Campus Access/Account Required)
Complete and submit a Set Up Request Worksheet via email ([email protected])
If available, EMS App Meeting Request will be processed as Tentative. If not available, the Event Coordinator will have the option to provide alternative dates.
When Request has been processed, the Reservations team will email the Reservation Verification and Schematics to Event Coordinator for review and signature.
Once the signed Reservation Verification is sent back by the deadline, the Reservations team will confirm the event and send a Reservation Confirmation with the event details attached.
